摘要
核心稳定性训练是当下较为前沿的体能训练方法,将其应用至儿童体能发展中具有重要意义,然而也有若干理论问题需要探讨。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对儿童核心稳定性的内涵、特点及其锻炼功效、原则、锻炼方法与手段的特殊性及分类进行分析。认为儿童核心稳定锻炼是现行核心稳定性训练的一种衍生,具有自身特点,在实际应用时须充分考虑到这些,才能取得理想效果。
Core stability training is the frontier physical training method at present, its application in children's fitness development is of great significance, but there is a number of theoretical issues needs to be discussed. Using methods of literature survey and logic analysis, this paper discusses about the connotation and characteristics of core stability for school-age children, as well as the exercise effect, principle, particularity and classification of the method. The conclusion is that children's core stability exercise which has its own characteristics is a derivative of the current core stability training. The ideal effect could be achieved when they are fully token into account in practical application.
