3 new policy issued in 2015 has been analyzed, taking the related terms and conditions of doping test as the research content,using methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis, combined with the status quo of anti-doping in China, the doping inspection work are explored, it is expounded that under the new policy environment system, as one part of the anti-doping work, the doping test is the most powerful weapon to contain, combat and punish illegal abuse of stimulant.
