The Development of Social Sports Instructors Team with the Perspective of National Fitness

阐述社会体育指导员定义,指出社会体育指导员队伍发展中有待解决的问题及相应对策,认为应继续加强对社会体育指导员队伍的重视,政府和社会形成监管合力支撑体育指导员队伍发展,并充分应用制度创新工作模式,促进社会体育指导员发展,且提出了助推社会体育指导员发展的内在动力,即经济、法治及文化,最后根据调研情况提出社会体育指导员创新开展工作的办法。

This paper expounds the definition of social sports instructor, points out the problems to be solved and the corresponding countermeasures in the development of social sports instructors. It is considered that the social sports instructors should be toeontinued to strengthen attaching importance to, the government and society should work together to support the development of sports instructors, and the working model should be innovated by the full application of system to promote the development of social sports instructor. The boost power of the development of social sports instructor is proposed, namely economy, law and culture. Finally the innovative ways for social sports instructors＇ work are presented.
