试探普通高校艺术体育课程体系的构建

The Establishment of College Art PE Curriculum System

艺术体育课程构建是贯彻终身体育、适应人的全面发展要求的必然产物。采用问卷调查法对艺术体育课程体系进行构建,结果表明,课程体系应着重课程内容纵向难度提高和横向广度拓展相结合,课堂教学和课外网络教学相结合,课外锻炼和课外竞赛、表演活动相结合,培养学生较为专业的运动技能,提高协调性、韵律感、柔韧性、力量等素质,培养良好的身体姿态、审美能力、艺术素养,以更好地达到育人的目的。

Establishment for the art PE curriculum system is the inevitable outcome for implementing the lifelong sport and adapting the all-round development of people. So, this paper applies the method of questionnaire to establish the art PE curriculum system. The result shows that the curriculum system should put emphasis on the combination of enhancement for longitudinal difficulty and scope expansion, classroom teaching and network teaching, extra-curricular training, extracurricular competitions and performances, and it would be more effective for cultivating the professional skills of students, enhancing the coordination, rhythm, strength and flexibility, and improving better body posture, aesthetic, artistic accomplishment.
