非酒精性脂肪肝患者三酰甘油脂肪酶、血脂及血糖联合检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of combined detection of adipose triglyceride lipase and blood lipid and glucose in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨血清三酰甘油脂肪酶(ATGL)、血脂及血糖水平与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)相关性。方法选择经超声确诊的NAFLD患者86例及健康对照者65例,测量腰围、臀围、腰臀比及体质量指数(BMI),检测血清ATGL、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及空腹血糖(FBG)水平。结果与健康对照者比较,NAFLD患者ATGL水平显著降低,而BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显增高(P<0.01);NAFLD患者ATGL水平与BMI、TC及TG呈负相关(r分别为-0.210、-0.221、-0.432,P<0.01)。结论 ATGL、BMI、TC、TG及LDL-C均是影响NAFLD的相关因素。

Objective To study the correlation between serum levels of adipose triglyceride lipase（ATGL）, lipids and glucose and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）. Methods Waist circumference（WC）, hip circumference（HC）, waist-tohip ratio（WHR）, body mass index（BMI） and serum levels of ATGL, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and fasting blood glucose（FBG） were determined in 86 cases of ultrasound-diagnosed NAFLD and 65 healthy controls. Results Compared with control group, ATGL content was significantly decreased but BMI, WC, HC, WHR and levels of TC, TG and LDL-C increased in NAFLD cases（P〈0.01）. ATGL content was negatively correlated with BMI and levels of TC and TG in patients with NAFLD（r=-0.210,-0.221,-0.432, respectively; P〈0.01）. Conclusion BMI and serum levels of ATGL, TC, TG and LDL-C are related to NAFLD.
