防晒霜的防晒效果测试及其紫外光降解产物的气相色谱-质谱法分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索5种防晒霜的防晒效果及其紫外光降解产物的组分分析。方法将防晒霜均匀分散于乙醇-乙醚(1∶1,V/V)溶液中,随后采用紫外可见近红外分光光度计测试其吸光度;将防晒霜均匀涂抹在比色皿的表面,采用时间扫描模式以300 nm的波长照射防晒霜,照射完成的防晒霜收集于乙醇-乙醚(1∶1,V/V)溶液中,经处理做GC-MS分析。结果 5种防晒霜在紫外可见近红外区域均有一定的吸收,可起到防晒效果,但抗紫外光降解能力存在差异。结论建立了用紫外可见近红外分光光度计测试防晒霜的防晒效果并采用GC-MS分析其紫外光降解产物的组成的方法,该方法可简便快捷的用于防晒霜防晒效果测试并可测试其紫外光降解产物的组分。 Objective To explore the effects of five sunscreen creams and test the compositions of its UV degradation products.Methods The sunscreen cream was well- distributed in 1∶1( V / V) ethanol and ether. The UV- VIS- NIR spectrophotometer was employed to measure its absorbance; the sunscreen cream was evenly coated on the surface of cuvette,in the Time-Scanning mode of irradiation to sunscreen cream at 300 nm,after the experiment finished,to collect the sunscreen cream and dip it in ethanol and ether solution with 1∶1( V / V) for GC- MS analysis after treatment. Results Five sunscreen creams in UV- VIS- NIR region had a certain absorption,showed a certain of sunscreen effect,but the abilities to resist UV were different. Conclusion Method is established for measuring sunscreen sunscreen effect by ultraviolet visible near infrared spectrophotometry meter test and for detecting composition of the photodegradation products with GC- MS analysis. The method is simple,fast,can be used for the test of sunscreen sunscreen effect and the UV degradation product components.
