流动注射法测定涉水产品浸泡液中的挥发酚 被引量:3

Determination of volatile phenols in soaked liquid of wading products by flow injection technology

摘要 目的建立以流动注射技术测定涉水产品浸泡液中挥发酚的分析方法。方法利用全封闭的流动注射体系,在线蒸馏、萃取、分析涉水产品中的挥发酚。结果当标准系列溶液的浓度为0μg/L^50μg/L时,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.006 1x+0.005 8,相关系数(r)为0.999 95。此方法的最低检出限为1.0μg/L,不同类型加标样品的回收率分别为98.2%、97.5%、104.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.66%(n=6)。结论流动注射分析方法测定涉水产品中的挥发酚具有检出限低、精密度好、准确度高等优点,并且全封闭系统减少了人工操作引入的误差,实现了自动在线处理水样。此方法适合大批量涉水产品浸泡液中挥发酚的检测。 Objective To establish a flow injection technology method for the determination of volatile phenol in wading products. Methods Using fully enclosed flow injection system,volatile phenol of wading products was online distilled,extracted and analyzed. Results When the concentration of the standard series solution was among 0 g / L- 50 g / L,the linear relationship was good,with the regression equation y = 0. 006 1x + 0. 005 8,and the correlation coefficient( r) was 0. 999 95. The minimum detection limit of this method was 1. 0 μg / L,the recoveries of different types of samples was 98. 2%,97. 5%,104. 2%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 2. 66%( n = 6). Conclusion It had the advantages of low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy in the determination of volatile phenols in wading products by flow injection technology,and the errors of manual operation can be reduced by fully enclosed system,and automatic online treatment of water samples can be realized. This method was suitable for determination of volatile phenols in soaked liquid of mass wading products.
