摘要
目的建立一种用离子色谱测定工作场所空气中三氯化磷的检测方法。方法工作场所空气中的三氯化磷用吸收液吸收后水解生成盐酸,经色谱柱分离、电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。结果工作场所空气中三氯化磷在0.0μg/ml^4.0μg/ml时,线性关系良好,线性方程为y=0.800 6x+0.037 6,相关系数为0.999 9;方法的检出限为0.09μg/ml,若采集6 L空气进行检测,则最低检出浓度为0.15 mg/m^3。不同浓度的三氯化磷相对标准偏差为1.02%~3.50%,样品加标回收率为96.2%~102.3%。样品在室温下至少可保存1周。结论本方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T 210.4—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,是工作场所空气中三氯化磷测定的理想分析方法。
Objective To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of phosporus trichloride in the air of workplace. Methods The phosporus trichloride in the air of workplace was collected by absorb liquid and turned into hydrochloric acid,then separated in column and detected with conductivity detector,qualified by elution time and quantified by peak height or peak area. Results The good linearity was obtained when the concentration of phosporus trichloride in the air of workplace was among 0. 0 μg / ml- 4. 0 μg / ml with its correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9,and the linearity equation was y = 0. 800 6x +0. 037 6. The detecting limit of the method was 0. 09 μg / ml. The lowest detecting concentration of the method was 0. 15 mg / m^3 for 6L air of workplace. Relative standard deviation was among 1. 02%- 3. 50% and the recoveries were among 96. 2%-102. 3%. The sample could be reserved at room temperature for at least one week. Conclusion The indicators of the method correspond to GBZ / T 210. 4—2008 Guide for establishing occupational health standards- Part4: Determination methods of air chemicals in workplace. It is an ideal method to determine phosporus trichloride in the air of workplace.
