2012年-2014年江东区手足口病流行和病原学特征分析

Analysis of epidemiological and etiological features of HFMD in Jiangdong district during 2012-2014

目的了解江东区手足口病流行特征及流行规律,为该病制定防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法利用＂中国疾病预防控制信息系统＂,采用描述性流行病学方法,对系统中2012年-2014年江东区手足口病报告病例数据及江东区疾病预防控制中心所有手足口病送检的结果进行分析。结果 2012年-2014年全区累计上报病例数3 054例,男、女比例为1.45∶1,多集中于5月-7月,8月下降迅速,9月、10月再出现一个小高峰。年龄主要集中在0岁-5岁,尤其以1岁-3岁居多。报告病例中散居儿童和幼托儿童占据绝大多数。送检样品共291例,送检率为9.5%,检出率为83.5%。结论江东区儿童手足口病具有明显的时间、年龄和职业分布特点,防控应注意手足口病流行季节和易感人群。

Objective To learn epidemic characteristics and rules of hand- foot- mouth disease（ HFMD） in Jiangdong district,so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control strategies of the disease. Methods According to the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System,the descriptive epidemiological method was used,and during 2012-2014,report data of HFMD case in Jiangdong district and the inspection results from disease control and prevention center were analyzed. Results A total of 3 054 cases of HFMD was reported during 2012- 2014,the male- to- female ratio was 1. 45∶1.HFMD cases mostly occurred during May to July,and appeared a downtrend in August,while a small peak was observed in September and October. Mostly cases were children aged 0- 5 years old,especially 1- 3 years old. The scattered children and kindergarten children had a majority of all the cases. 293 samples were collected,and the examination rate was 9. 5%,with the detection rate of 83. 5%. Conclusion HFMD in Jiangdong district has obvious distribution in seasonality,age and occupation.It is important to focus on epidemic season and susceptible population in the prevention and control.
