竹地板表面粉末涂料喷涂工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用透明环氧聚酯粉末涂料,在经砂磨、预热竹地板基材上进行静电喷涂、固化和涂层抛光等工序,采用漆膜多用检测仪等仪器对涂膜性能进行了测定,并借助超景深三维显微镜从微观角度观测了涂膜层表观效果及内部固化结构特征。结果表明:(1)预热温度和表面含水率对竹地板基材表面电阻存在着协同作用,将其放置于90℃的恒温干燥箱中预热15 min,其表面含水率达到6.5%,表面电阻为6.94×108Ω,取出粉末静电喷涂,在160℃/6 min红外灯下固化,制得透明涂饰竹地板试样。涂膜外观质量好,保持原有的纹理和质感,涂膜硬度为2H,附着力等级为1级,无划痕,耐磨性225转,耐咖啡渍污染,符合我国木器涂饰相关标准要求。(2)超景深显微镜观测到试样涂膜表面平整,均匀,没有水泡、针孔产生,涂膜内部也反应完全,未见粉末颗粒,固化后的涂料结构紧致,质地坚韧,涂膜表面平均高度仅为34.85μm。 The transparent epoxy polyester powder coating was sprayed on the sanded and preheated bamboo floor surface,then cured and polished. The coating performance was tested by using paint film multi-purpose detector. Relying on the super depth 3D microscope,the apparent effect and internal curing structure of the coating layer were observed from the microscopic view. The results showed that the preheating temperature and surface moisture content had synergy effects on the resistivity of the bamboo floor surface. After the bamboo floor surface was preheated for 15 min at 90℃,its surface moisture content reached 6. 5%,and its surface resistivity was 6. 94 × 10^8Ω. Then,it was sprayed with the transparent powder coating,and cured at 160℃ for 6 min under infrared lamp. Its coating appearance quality was good,keeping the original texture without any scratch. The coating hardness was 2H,the adhesion ranked the first level,the surface wear resistance degree amounted to 225 r,it was resistant to coffee stains. All performances met the requirements of the relevant standards for wood coating.According to the observation by microscope,the sample made under optimal conditions showed a smooth and uniform coating surface. There found no blister,pin hole,and powder particles,the film interior was fully reacted. The cured coating structure was compact and tough. The average film thickness was 34. 85 μm.
