慢性乙型肝炎患儿营养状况及影响因素的研究

Study on the factors of the nutritional status of children with chronic hepatitis B and its influence

目的评估慢性乙型肝炎患儿的营养状况,分析其影响因素,为进一步探讨慢性乙型肝炎患儿的营养干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,应用一般情况调查表和人体测量指标(身高、体重、三头肌皮褶厚度和上臂围)及实验室指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白和总淋巴细胞计数),对200例慢性乙型肝炎患儿进行问卷调查和营养状况评估,并分析相关影响因素。结果患儿的营养不良率分别为体质指数(BMI)21.4%,肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)15.4%,上臂肌围(AMC)13.3%,总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)28.0%、前白蛋白(PA)27.0%、白蛋白(ALB)9.0%,总蛋白(TP)6.0%。年龄、患儿父母文化程度、患儿家庭年收入是慢性乙型肝炎患儿营养状况的重要影响因素。结论慢性乙型肝炎患儿营养不良率较高,应开展针对性的营养宣教和干预,定期进行营养评价。

Objective Assessment of nutritional status in patients with chronic hepatitis B and to analyze its influencing factors,provide the basis for further exploration of nutrition intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method By convenient sampling,by the general situation questionnaire and anthropometric measurements（height,weight,triceps skinfold thickness and arm circumference）and laboratory indicators（total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and total lymphocyte count）in 200 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients by questionnaire survey and assessment of nutritional status,and analysis of related factors.Results The rate of malnutrition in children were body mass index（BMI）21.4%,triceps skinfold thickness（TSF）of 15.4%,13.3% upper arm circumference（AMC）,total lymphocyte count（TLC）28.0%,pre albumin（PA）27.0%,albumin（ALB）of 9.0%,6.0% of total albumin.Age of children,parents cultural degree,family income is an important factor affecting the nutritional status of children with chronic hepatitis B.Conclusion High rate of malnutrition in chronic hepatitis B patients,should be carried out according to the nutrition education and intervention,regular nutrition evaluation
