摘要
与传统志愿者群体相比,高校青年教师在心理、教育和专业等方面具备一系列显著优势,其理应在国家重大涉外活动当中扮演关键角色。改革开放以来,我国高校青年教师的涉外志愿服务过程经历了从引介、探索到转型等不同发展阶段,在借鉴国外高校实践经验的基础上,本文概括出我国高校青年教师涉外志愿服务的一般模式,并结合工作实际提出了相关对策建议。
Compared with traditional volunteer groups, young teachers in colleges and universities have significant psychological, educational and professional advantages, which should play a key role in the country's important foreign affair activities. Since the Reform and Opening up policy, the process of foreign affair volunteer service of young teachers in colleges and universities has witnessed different stages from introduction and exploration to transformation. Utilizing the practical experiences from foreign colleges and universities as a source of reference, this article summarizes the ordinary patterns of participation in foreign affair volunteer service for young teachers in colleges and universities, and puts forward related suggestions based on work practice.
