芦荟属四种植物染色体核型研究

Karyosome Type Study of Four species of Aloe

对中国芦荟(Aloeveravar.chinensis)、木锉芦荟(A.humilis)、大蚣掌(A.arborescens)、开普芦荟(A.felox)4种芦荟进行了染色体观察与核型分析,4种芦荟染色体数目均为2n=14。染色体核型公式分别为K(2n)=2x=14=8st+6sm,K(2n)=2x=14=6st+8sm,K(2n)=2x=14=6st+2t+2m+4sm,K(2n)=2x=14=10st+4sm,根据核型研究,初步确定芦荟属的染色体基数为X=7。(牡丹江师范学院生物系157012)

This paper discusses Aloe vera var.chinensis,Aloe humilis,Aloe arborescens,Aloe felox,The paper deals with the chromosomes and karyotype a nalyses of the four types of plants,and the numbers of the chromosomes of the four types of plants are egual to 2n =14.The foumulations of the chromosom es karyotype can divide into K(2n)=2x =14=8st +6sm,K(2n)=2x =14=6st +8sm,K(2n)=2x =14=6st +2t +2m +4sm,K(2n)=2x =14=10st +4sm.According to the research of karyotype,it is firstly assured that the basic n umber of the chromosome of Aloe is X =7.
