使用两种不同的自锁托槽拉上颌尖牙向后的临床研究

摘要 目的:比较在拉尖牙向后时,评价使用Smartclip、Quick两种尖牙自锁托槽的疗效。方法选取20例需要牵引上颌尖牙至拔除的第一前磨牙位置的恒牙合患者。两种自锁尖牙托槽随机粘贴于上颌左右尖牙上。使用弹力链圈牵引尖牙远中移动。每个月在石膏模型上评价尖牙远中移动的距离及扭转的角度,以及上颌第一磨牙支抗丧失情况。结果粘贴Smartclip托槽的尖牙比粘贴Quick托槽的尖牙能更快地向远中移动(P<0.05),尖牙扭转的角度及上颌第一磨牙支抗损失差异却无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种托槽不同的设计理念导致在尖牙沿着弓丝向远中移动时所产生的摩擦力大小不同,导致尖牙不同的移动速率。 Objective Comparison between Smartclip and Quick brackets in maxillary canine traction. Methods 20 patients were chosen to extract maxillary first premolars and needed to tract canines distally. Each patient received canine treatment with Smartclip or Quick brackets at random and light force of 150 g by elastomeric chain tracted the canine distally. Dental casts were used to evaluate the movement and rotation of the canines and the anchorage loss of the maxillaryfi rst molars every month.ResultCanines with Smartclip brackets moved faster than canines with Quick brackets (P〈0.05). The rotation of canines and anchorage loss of maxillary fi rst molars were observed in both sides (P〉0.05).Conclusion Different bracket design concepts lead to different frictional force while canines sliding along the archwire.
