摘要
目的:研究不同时段早产母乳中淋巴细胞的亚群分布和免疫学特征。方法采集32例早产产妇乳汁,分为初乳组(2~5 d)、过渡乳组(5~14 d)和成熟乳组(>14 d),流式细胞仪作T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞分型,测定Th细胞亚群。结果不同时段早产母乳淋巴细胞中T细胞(CD3+)含量均>80%,初乳组和过渡乳组均高于成熟乳组(P<0.05);B细胞(CD19+)含量低于T、NK细胞,组间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组的Th1细胞含量均高于同组Th2、Th0细胞含量(P<0.05),同组中Th2与Th0细胞含量比较、三组间Th1、Th2、Th0细胞含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早产母乳中的淋巴细胞含量以T细胞为主,初乳高于成熟乳,其次是NK细胞、B细胞;T细胞中CD4+(Th)和CD8+含量具有优势,Th细胞中又以Th1细胞含量为主,不依采集时段变化。
ObjectiveTo investigate the subsets of the lymphocytes in preterm maternal milk and their potential benefi ts, the authors studied byfl ow cytometry.Methods Colostrum (2-5 d), transitional milk (5-14 d), and mature milk (〉14 d) had been collected from the preterm puerperants and cell suspensions obtained from those milk samples had been analyzed byfl ow cytometry.Results The majority of lymphocytes were CD3+ T cells (〉80%), T cells in the colostrum and transitional milk groups were signifi cantly more than mature milk group (P〈0.05); The proportion of CD16+CD56+ NK cells and CD19+ B cells respectively occupied the second and third place, no signifi cant difference was seen between every two groups (P〉0.05). Th1 subgroup was signifi cantly more than Th2 and Th0 subgroup in each of the three groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion The lymphocytes in preterm maternal milk was given priority to with T cells, colostrum higher than that of mature milk, followed by NK cells, B cells; CD4+ T (Th) and CD8+T cells were in the ascendant in T lymphocytes, while in Th subsets was given priority to with Th1 cells, the variations is not in accordance with time to change.
