摘要
针对自制电子束固化仪,设计了一套加速器控制系统和人机界面。该系统采用西门子S7-1200 PLC和KTP600触摸屏,可根据预设的工艺参数,自动调节高压和流强升至预设值,以及根据高压打火情况自动做出相应的保护措施。实验测试表明:整个控制系统性能较为稳定,可满足控制要求,且操作更加简单人性化,有助于电子束固化技术的推广。
This paper is mainly about how the control system and human- machine interface of the low- energy electron accelerator for curing are developed by the use of SIEMENS PLC S7- 1200 and touch screen KTP 600.After setting the process parameters,the high voltage and beam current can automatically and accurately be reached at the set value,and the fail- safe system can function well in response to the high- voltage sparking in the machine. During the commissioning process,the whole control system reaches the design requirements and features stable and reliable performance. What is more,the simplified operation of the control system can further popularize the technology of electron- beam curing.
