完善中央在京外事业单位养老服务体系的思考与对策——以中国热带农业科学院为例

Perfecting of the Pension Service System at Public Institutions outside Beijing——Taking Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an Example

以中国热带农业科学院为例,简述中央在京外事业单位养老服务模式,分析养老服务体系特点、优势与不足,提出从发挥家庭基础作用、改善院区基础环境、推进市场培育壮大、争取政府社会支持等四方面完善养老服务体系的应对策略。

The pension service system is a system supporting comprehensive service in the life of the elderly. The pension service mode in public institutions outside Beijing, utilizing Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, has been analyzed including its characteristics,advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, the construction of the corresponding replying strategy system has been established in four aspects： the development of the family support, the improvement of basic institution environment, the advancement of the fostering market, and the elicitation of the support from both society and government.
