摘要
为了解福州地区蓝莓上蓝莓带化病的发生情况,2013-2015年对蓝莓主要种植地进行了调查和取样。采用血清学方法 (DAS-ELISA)对采集的122份样品进行了蓝莓带化病毒(Blueberry shoestring virus,BSSV)检测,结果发现2份蓝莓植株样品呈阳性反应;针对筛查出的2份阳性样品进一步用其他5种蓝莓病毒检测试剂进行血清学检测,结果均为阴性,表明2份BSSV阳性样品未与其他5种蓝莓病毒复合侵染;在DAS-ELISA检测方法基础上,优化建立了检测时间更短的Cocktail ELISA,用于BSSV的检测。
In our paper, investigation and samping were carried out at main planting sites between 2013 and 2015 in order to determine occurrence situation of blueberry shoestring virus in Fuzhou. All 122 samples were detected with DAS-ELISA. The results showed that two samples showed positive reaction. These two BSSV positive samples were serologically detected using five other virus detection reagents, showing negative reaction. These results showed that two BSSV positive samples were not mixed infected with five other viruses. Based on DAS-ELISA, Cocktail ELISA for shorter time was developed and optimized for detecting BSSV.
