摘要
本试验以新引进的美国‘波特拉’草莓品种的组培苗为材料,探讨亚热带地区夏季高温气候条件下,在海拔800 m以上高山进行草莓组培苗过渡驯化的技术。试验结果表明,利用简易农艺降温措施就能满足草莓组培苗对温度的要求,加上高山多湿的天然气候条件,有利于夏季草莓组培苗的驯化;不同基质配比对草莓组培苗的成活率、新叶数、子苗质量有很大的影响,以溪砂基质培养的幼苗成活率最高,子苗繁殖能力高,子苗质量也较好。
In our paper, tissue-culture seedlings of introduced strawberry cv. 'Portela' from USA were used as materials in order to discuss transition and domestication techniques at subtropical high mountainous areas(altitudes higher than 800m) in summer under high temperature.The results showed that simple agronomic cooling measures could meet temperature requirements of strawberry tissue-cultured seedlings. Meanwhile, natural weather condition with high-humidity in high mountains was conducive to the domestication of strawberry tissue-cultured seedlings in summer. Different substrate ratios had great impacts on survival rate, number of new developed leaves and quality of seedlings, and we also found that by using river sand as culture medium, survival rate of the seedli ngs was highest and ability of seedlings regeneration and quality were higher.
