柑橘黄龙病病原的研究进展及病株的简易鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 柑橘黄龙病(Citrus Huanglongbing,HLB)或青果病是一种极具破坏性的柑橘病害,严重威胁着全球的柑橘产业。从20世纪初被报道以来,引起黄龙病的病原菌至今还未能获得纯化培养,因此其科赫氏假说还未得到验证,相关的研究(如致病机理)也受到很大约束。本文就黄龙病病原的传播途径、病原菌的鉴定、病原菌与宿主的互作机制进行了综述,并介绍一种罹病植株的简易鉴定方法,以期为黄龙病病原的研究提供参考。 Citrus Huanglongbing( HLB) or Greening disease is one of the most destructive citrus diseases, threatening citrus industry worldwide seriously. Since it was reported in the early 20 th century, pathogen causing citrus HLB has not yet been purified and cultured in vitro. So, Koch' s hypothesis has not been verification and related studies( eg.pathological mechanisms) have been largely restricted. The paper reviewed pathogen propagation path, pathogen identification and interaction mechanisms between pathogen and host and introduced a simple identification method of infected plant in order to provide references for studying citrus HLB pathogen.
