摘要
为了完善超大型船舶进出天津港拖轮合理配置方案,在综合分析天津港自然环境和通航条件的基础上,通过模拟试验得到不同工况情况下天津港拖轮配置的最佳方案,对提高超大型船舶安全靠离泊天津港有着重要意义。
