摘要 随着科技的发展和经济形势的变化,船舶行业的竞争也愈发激烈,船舶机械零部件的修理和建造需要更新的设计和更快捷的生产方式。3D打印是近年来新兴的一门技术,已经在不少行业有所应用,它有很多优点也有不足。文章以柴油机喷油嘴和挖泥船绞刀为例,论证了借助3D打印技术快速成型的特点,能够促进柴油机喷油嘴线型的优化研发,借助3D打印技术无铸模成型的特点,方便了挖泥船绞刀的修理和制造,因此随着该技术的不断完善,其在船舶修造行业的应用必定是可行的。 With the development of technology and changes of economy condition, the competition has become more intense in shipbuilding industry. It is necessary to use more updated design and efficient production method. 3D printing is a technology emerging in recent years, applied in many industries, which has many advantages and limitations. Taking the nozzle of diesel fuel injector and cutter of dredger as an example, by means of rapid prototyping diesel injectors to optimization and research, by means of mold-less forming of 3D printing technology, it can facilitate cutter of dredger repair and manufacture. 3D printing continues to improve, while its application in ship building industry must be feasible.
