摘要
通过血平板培养特性、革兰氏染色、生化鉴定试验对天津市由葡萄球菌引起的奶牛乳房炎进行分离鉴定,并对其进行耐药性分析。结果显示,采集199份奶样中共检出葡萄球菌53株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌40株、表皮葡萄球菌13株;检出的葡萄球菌对头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、丁胺卡那霉素高度敏感。因此,可以采用以上4种抗生素对由葡萄球菌引起的奶牛乳房炎进行治疗。
The objective of this experiment was to perform isolation,identification and drug sensitivity analysis of Staphylococcus strains from cow mastitis.The Staphylococcus strains were recognized through blood agar cultivation characteristics,gram staining and biochemical identification test.Total 53 Staphylococcus strains were obtained from 199 milk samples,including 40 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 13 strains Staphylococcus of Epidermis.All of these Staphylococcus strains were significantly sensitive to Cefotaxime,Ciprofloxacin,Enrofloxacin and Amikacin,which might be used to treat cow mastitis.
