摘要
采用单因子试验设计,在玉米纤维饲料中添加0、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%、2.0%和2.4%CP(以干物质为基础计算),即处理组K、C1、C2、C3、C4、C5和C6,进行体外瘤胃液培养发酵试验;在此基础上,将K、C1、C2、C3、C4和C5进行湿玉米纤维防腐保鲜试验。结果表明,在湿玉米纤维中添加0.4%~2.4%丙酸钙对体外培养瘤胃液中乙酸、丙酸、丁酸和氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度及p H无显著影响(P>0.05),18~20℃室温条件下存放20~30 d,C4和C5组湿玉米纤维霉菌总数、p H、水分含量、NH3-N浓度均显著低于C1、C2和C3组(P<0.05),霉菌数量稳定,感官上无霉变现象。综合体外培养瘤胃液发酵指标影响及防腐保鲜效果,确定CP可作为湿玉米纤维饲料防霉剂,建议在18~20℃条件下存放时间少于20 d添加量为1.2%,存放时间20~30 d添加量为1.6%。
A single factor design was adopted. 0, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6%, 2.0% and 2.4% of CP were added in corn fiber feed based on dry matter, named K, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 and C6 for culturing and fermentation of rumen fluid in vitro, and then the preservation of wet corn fiber was tested. The results showed that the addition of 0.4%-2.4%to the wet corn fiber had no significant effect on the concentration of acetic acid, propionate, butyrate and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and pH (P>0.05), at room temperature 18-20 ℃ stored 20-30 d, C4 and C5 group of wet corn fiber, total mildew, pH, moisture content, NH3-N concentration were significantly lower than those of C1, C2 and C3 group (P<0.05), mould quantity stability, sensory does not appear any moldy phenomenon. From this experiment could see that the CP could be as wet corn fiber feed mould inhibitor, when the storage time was less than 20 d, the recommended dosage was 1.2%, and the storage time of 20-30 d of adding amount was 1.6%.
