摘要
目的:测定藏药独一味胶囊中总黄酮含量。方法:以芦丁为观测指标,在517 nm采用差示分光光度法直接测定,不经分离无干扰。结果:对照品在9.78μg/mL^68.46μg/mL的浓度范围内,差示吸收值(_△A)与浓度呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 7,回归方程为_△A=9.637 5C+0.001 7,平均加样回收率为100.31%,RSD=2.13%(n=6)。结论:该测定方法便于操作,结果准确,重现性良好,可用于藏药独一味胶囊的质量控制。
Objective:To determine total flavonoids in Tibetan Kudo capsule. Methods:Differential spectrophotometry was applied with lutin as standard index at the wavelength of 517 nm without prior separation. Results:The liner range of absorbance and the control concentration was 9.78 μg/mL ~68.46 μg/mL,r =0.999 7. The average recovery was 100.31% and RSD was 2.13%(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Tibetan Kudo capsule.
