米口袋不同萃取部位体外抑菌活性研究

Study on the antibacterial activity in vitro of different extraction parts from Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge.

目的:比较米口袋不同萃取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌、肺炎链球菌的抑菌效果,找到米口袋抗菌消炎作用的有效部位。方法:采用水煎法和65%乙醇浸渍法分别得到米口袋水提物总浸膏和醇浸液总浸膏,再依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对总浸膏进行萃取,得到米口袋的不同萃取部位,然后利用药敏纸片法进行体外抗菌实验。结果:水煎液的石油醚部位对枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌、肺炎链球菌中度敏感,水煎液的氯仿部位对枯草杆菌、白色念珠菌中度敏感,65%醇浸液的乙酸乙酯部位对枯草杆菌中度敏感,65%醇浸液的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯部位对肺炎链球菌中度敏感,且水煎液的石油醚部位对枯草杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌效果最强,米口袋65%醇浸液的氯仿部位对肺炎链球菌的抑菌效果最强。结论:米口袋抗菌消炎的有效部位主要是水煎液的石油醚、氯仿萃取部位及醇浸液的石油醚、氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取部位。

Objective：To find antibacterial parts from Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. by comparing antibacterial effect against staphylococcus aureus,bacillus subtilis,candida albicans,streptococcus pneumoniae. Method：Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. was extracted by water decocting method and 65% ethanol impregnation method,then the two total extractions were extracted respectively by petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and butanol in turn. Finally,Antimicrobial susceptibility test in vitro was conducted by disk diffusion technique. Results：For the external bacteriostatic experiment,petroleum ether part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. decoction had medium sensitivity to bacillus subtilis,candida albicans,streptococcus pneumoniae;chloroform part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. decoction had medium sensitivity to bacillus subtilis,candida albicans;ethyl acetate part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. 65% ethanol-extraction had medium sensitivity to bacillus subtilis;petroleum ether part,chloroform part,ethyl acetate part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge.65% ethanol-extraction had medium sensitivity to streptococcus pneumoniae. Among them,antibacterial effect against bacillus subtilis,candida albicans of petroleum ether part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. decoction was the best,antibacterial effect against streptococcus pneumoniae of chloroform part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. 65% ethanolextraction was the best. Conclusion：Antibacterial parts from Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. includes petroleum ether part,chloroform part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. decoction and petroleum ether part,chloroform part,ethyl acetate part of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora Bge. 65% ethanol-extraction.
