摘要
为了解决长沙创芯项目101厂房钢屋架工程跨度大、单榀屋架自重大、现场施工空间狭小、吊车难以覆盖作业区域、工期紧等问题,分析了拼装场地、吊机覆盖区域、拼装单元划分、吊机起重能力、高空对接焊接等现场施工条件,开展了高空累积滑移法施工方案的论证及地面拼装、高空单榀拼接、三点同步牵引、累积滑移安装、工程整体落放的施工技术研究.
In order to solve the problems including large span, heavy weight of single roof truss, narrow working space, working area's being difficult to be covered by cranes and short construction period in steel roof truss construction of 101 workshop of Changsha chuangxin project, this paper analyzes the site construction conditions such as assembling area, coverage of cranes, division of assembling units, lifting capacity of cranes and butt welding high above ground, and carries out demonstration on construction scheme of accumulative sliding high above the ground and study on construction techniques including ground assembling, butt welding high above ground, three points synchronous traction, accumulative sliding installation, and overall set of the project.
