Difficulties and Outlet Exploration of High Speed Railway in the Midwestern

中国高速铁路改变了中国交通格局,影响深远。受中国经济不均衡发展的影响,中西部地区高速铁路经营中面临一些实际困难。分析中西部高速铁路运营面临的困境、原因及当前管理模式的弊端,提出了通过国家出资和企业自身改革等方式对高铁管理体制的改革措施及解困的相关建议。

China＇s high-speed railway has become one of the China＇s power,changed the pattern of traffic in China,its influence is profound and lasting. However,affected by the imbalance development of Chinese economy,there are some difficulties in the operation of high speed railway in the midwestern. Through the objective analysis of the operation difficulties of high speed railway in the midwestern,the reasons and the disadvantages of current management mode,this paper focuses on the ways and means to solve the problems of high speed railway in the Midwestern,put forward relevant suggestions on the reform of management system of high-speed railway.
