永磁机构真空断路器防跳与继电保护的配合

摘要 断路器防跳技术分为断路器本体机构防跳和操作箱防跳。近几年一种永磁保持,电磁操动,电子控制的操动机构受到了广泛的关注。该操动机构取消了脱锁扣装置,采用永久磁铁进行终端位置保持,从而使动作元件和零部件数目显著减少,大大提高了可靠性。本文介绍了断路器防跳的作用,并对常见开关机构与保护回路配合问题以及永磁机构的相控单元与保护配合的问题做了对比分析。 the anti-jump technology of the breaker includes the ontology anti-jump and the operation mechanism anti-jump. In recent years,an operation mechanism of the breaker with permanent magnetic actuator,electromagnetic operated and electronically controlled has been widely concerned. The locking device of this operation mechanism is replaced by permanent magnet to hold the terminal position,so that the component amounts are reduced significantly and the reliability is improved greatly. The role of the anti-jump of breakers is described,the coordination of the common operation mechanism and relay protection circuit is analyzed,and the coordination of the control unit of the permanent magnetic actuator and the protection is studied.
