摘要
分析当前经济形势下中小型施工企业人力资源培训和开发的现状、存在的问题,提出建立科学系统的培训管理体系、引进虚拟化培训模式实现持续性培训、提升企业员工结构、健全培训与开发的经费管理制度等措施。
This paper analyzed the status and problems of human resource training in small and medium-sized construction enterprises,and proposed measures to improve the training outcomes,such as setting up sound training management system,carrying out online training,optimizing the structure of personnel,perfecting financial management,etc.
