摘要
为提高原油码头油品接卸过程中含水量的检测技术水平,开发出1套原油含水率自动计量检测控制系统,开发适合多油品、多品性的分析监测软件,实现油品含水率测定与卸船过程同步化、实时化和自动计量统计,保障油品在港口的安全中转,降低计量员的劳动强度。
To improve the detection skills of moisture measurement during uploading crude oil in the oil terminal, an automatic oil moisture rate metering detection and control system is developed, and the analyzing and monitoring software for different oil with different characteristics is developed. As a result, the synchronization, real-time and automatic metering between oil moisture rate measurement and crude oil uploading process are achieved, which guarantees the security of oil transiting and reduces the labor intensity.
