摘要
介绍钢结构平台吊打沉桩工艺在智利圣文森特国际码头工程中的应用。钢结构平台由总梁、定位梁和行车道板等组成,平台结构安装在中间两排直桩上,为履带吊吊打沉桩提供施工平台,并利用平台前端的定位梁进行定位,完成下一跨中间两根直桩的沉桩,以实现平台的向前推进。
The application of steel structure platform lifting piling technology in Chile San Vicente International Terminal is introduced in details. The steel structure platform consists of main beams, locating beams and carriageway slabs. The platform structures are placed above two-row of piles which locates in the middle and provides the platform for a crawler crane to finish the lifting piling works. The locating beams in the front of the platform are used as a guide structure to complete the two vertical piles driving in the middle of next row. After these two piles are driven, the platform can be moved forward.
