为应对来自海上方向对港口设施及港内舰船的安全威胁,研究港口安全防护拦阻系统。港口安全防护拦阻系统可采取气囊浮筒式、拦阻网浮筒式或模块组合式等结构型式,设置在港口水域周围或防波堤口门处,以阻止可疑船舶、不明快艇等危险物进入港区水域。
In order to deal with the offshore security impact on port facilities and vessels, a port security barrier system is researched. The structural types of the port security harrier system is of the pneumatic barrier-buoy type, the capture net-buoy type and the module combination type. The port security barrier system can be deployed at the surrounding water area or breakwater entrance. The system can prevent or delay suspicious ships and unknown boats from entering the harbor area.
