摘要
为解决传统集装箱船舶岸边装卸生产存在人员、设备作业区域重叠的问题,提出桥吊下人机分离理念,开发岸边无人智能生产系统。该系统由安全锁垫拆装作业平台、拖车LED作业指示系统、桥吊下车道监控系统、桥吊终端系统、桥吊下拖车定位系统和岸边生产作业指挥系统等组成。
The principle of man-machine separation under the crane is carried out to solve the difficulty of human-machine mixed operation and operation area overlap. The container terminal shore unmanned smart operation system is developed, which is made up with safety lock and dismounting platform, trailer operation indicator system with LED, lane monitoring system under quay crane, quay crane end system, trailer positioning system under quay crane and shore operation commanding system.
