摘要
分别以双隐性核不育类型(P_1)和单隐性核不育类型(P_2)陆地棉材料不育株为母本,与8个父本配制组合,从中亲优势、超亲优势和竞争优势方面考察P_1和P_2在杂种优势方面的差异;用NCⅡ交叉法比较了P_1和P_2在产量、品质和抗病性方面的14个指标的配合力差异;用Topsis评价法对P_1和P_2进行综合比较。结果表明:P_1和P_2的中亲优势均较明显,但超亲优势和竞争优势方面综合表现均不突出;两者的超亲优势和竞争优势中仅品质方面优势较强,而P_1的黄萎病指相对最低,P_2的吐絮集中率相对最差;P1的一般配合力总体上要好于P_2,前者优势在于产量方面,后者优势在于品质和抗病性方面,但P_1综合性状的潜能不及P_2;综合评价表明,P_2的综合特性要好于_P1。在两种不同核基因类型材料育种改良时,P_1应注意加强抗病性的提高,P_2应注意加强产量特性的提高。
We taked the double recessive GMS type(P1)and single recessive GMS type(P2)upland cotton materials as female parent combined with 8 male parents,respectively,and compased the differences in heterosis between P1 and P2in mid- parent heterosis,heterobeltiosisandcompetitiveadvantage;Comparing thedifferencesof14 combiningability indexes inyield,quality and disease resistance between P1 and P2by NC II cross method;Comprehensive comparison for P1 and P2by Topsis evaluation method. The results showed:themid-parentheterosisofP1 and P2were more obvious,but thecomprehen sive performance of heterobeltiosis and competitive advantage were not prominent;The advantage of quality in both P1 and P2were high,and the verticillium wilt in P1 was relative lowest,the concentration ratio of boll opening in P2 was relative worst;The general combining ability of P1 was better than P2,the advantage of P1 lied in yield characters,and the advantage of P2 lied in quality characters and disease resistance characters,but the comprehensive trait potential of P1 was less than P2;Com prehensive evaluation showed that the comprehensive characteristics of P2 was better than P1. In breeding improvement pro gram,the variety P1 should be paied attention to the improvement of resistance of verticillium wilt,the variety P2 should be paied attention to the improvement of yield characteristics.
