摘要
以一款稳定度为2×10-6/min串联补偿型透射电子显微镜物镜恒流源为例,研究其原理设计,建立系统传递函数,通过讨论各影响因素与相对电流变化之间的关系,分析了恒流源的内部因素和外部因素对电流稳定度的影响,得到直接影响因素是基准电压的稳定性、采样电阻的变化及放大器自身参数的变化,间接影响因素是调整管的自身参数变化、放大环节的电压增益变化、主回路输入电压的波动、负载电阻的变化,为开展恒流源的高稳定度设计提供了理论依据。
With the object lens current-invariable power supply for TEM in a compensatory series with the high stability of 2×10-6 /min as example,the principle and design were researched,and the transmission function is set up. The relation between the affecting factors and changes of the relative current was discussed. The effect of internal and external factors on the stability of current was analyzed. The direct factors are the stability of the reference voltage, the change of the sampling resistor and the amplifier parameters. The indirect factors are the instability of the transistors,change of the amplification'voltage gain,input power supply fluctuation and change of the load. It provides the theoretical basis for the design of high stability current-invariable power supply.
