摘要
为了对光伏发电系统进行理论分析和实践验证,首先要建立光伏电池的精确模型。基于国内外对光伏电池模型的研究成果,阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义,综述了光伏电池的模型、建模方法和研究现状,并对不同工况下光伏电池的建模做了界定。总结了光伏电池模型未知参数的提取方法,分析了极限工况下的功率损失,介绍了光伏电池的动态模型,对光伏电池建模的发展方向进行了展望。
In order to conduct theoretical analysis and practice verification of photovoltaic power generation system,the accurate model of photovoltaic cell should be established at first. Based on the research achievement of photovoltaic cell model at home and abroad,the background,aim and significance of the research were discussed.The model overview, modeling approaches and research status of photovoltaic cells were summarized, and the basic definition of photovoltaic cell modelling was given according to different operating conditions. The extraction methods of unknown parameter were summarized,the power loss under extreme working conditions was analyzed,and the dynamic models of photovoltaic cell were introduced. The modelling development direction of photovoltaic cell was expected.
