摘要
在力学分析的基础上,对宽度为5.5、6.0、6.5mm、材料为06Cr18Ni10的3种平钢带进行W形设计,然后通过性能优化试验,对标准4.5mm厚的W形柔性石墨不锈钢缠绕垫片进行密封性能研究,从而找出结构、工艺参数对密封性能的影响规律和最佳性能参数组合,开发出高密封性能的产品。
Based on mechanics analysis, the 06CrlSNil0 flat steel strips sized at 5. 5mm, 6. 0ram and 6.5mm respectively were designed for W-shape. Through testing of the performance optimization, the sealing performance of W-shaped flexible graphite stainless steel spiral wound gasket sized at 4.5mm was investigated to find out both influence rule and optimal parameter combination so as to develop high sealing performance products.
