摘要 芦荟凝胶中含有多种酶,对人体有着极其重要的营养价值和功效。但是酶具有极强的敏热性,在芦荟凝胶加工浓缩过程中,遇热会使大量的活性酶遭到破坏。本项研究工艺全部采用低温加工技术,即超声波灭菌、真空薄膜浓缩配合冻干干燥工艺,制得的200∶1芦荟凝胶活性冻干粉纯度高、活性强;经测定其酶的活性与芦荟凝胶原汁基本相似,保留了芦荟凝胶中的全部活性物质。 Abatract:There are many enzymes in Aloe gelatin,and they have high nutritio n value and play an extremely importa nt role on human body.Large amount of active en zymes were destroyed in the process o f contracting.All the technology in this article was realized under the condition of low t emperature,that is ultrasonic sterilizng,vacuum contracting and frozen drying.The product of200∶1Aloe gelatin frozen dry powder have the quality of high purity and strong activ ation.It was examined that the activ ation of enzymes was similar to Aloe gelatin,and it kept all the activate substances in Aloe.
