摘要
管道热伸长量是直埋管道受力设计的一个重要参数,由四部分组成,其中由内压作用产生的有两项:内压泊松作用引起的管道热伸长量、内压不平衡力作用产生的管道热伸长量。本文分析不同的管道工作压力和管道直径条件下,上述两项由内压作用产生的管道热伸长量在总的热伸长量中所占的比例,从而得出结论,对于较高工作压力或大直径管道,内压泊松作用和内压不平衡力所产生的管道热伸长量不可忽略。
Piping thermal elongation is an important parameter on directly buried pipeline stress design, and it is made up of four parts. There are two effect produced by the inner pressure function. One is the inner pressure poisson effect caused by pipeline thermal elongation, and the other is internal pressure imbalance force of pipeline thermal elongation. Under the condition of different pipeline working pressure and pipe diameter, We analysis the proportion of the thermal elongation produced by the two effects on the total pipe thermal elongation in this paper, so we get the conclusion that for the higher working pressure and large diameter pipes, the internal pressure poisson effect and inner pressure unbalanced force produced by the pipe thermal elongation should not be neglected.
