摘要
建筑节能技术是实现低能耗、低排放目标的有效途径,但由于不同节能技术之间存在相互联系、相互作用,可能使其集成效果受到影响,因此在建筑节能技术选择方面需要合理的搭配,对于凸显节能收益、降低技术成本具有重要指导意义。本文以上海地区办公建筑为例,利用软件Energy Plus建立了典型办公建筑模型。并结合调研选取的绿色星级办公建筑中常用节能技术,研究不同节能技术组合模式下的节能率和集成效果。结果表明:办公建筑照明系统和空调系统的改善对建筑能耗的降低明显;办公建筑使用多项节能技术时,它的节能率并不是这些用单项节能技术节能率的线性叠加。
Energy saving measures (ESMs) are the effective way to achieve the targets of low-energy consumption and low emissions. However, the effectiveness of multiple ESMs depends on their interactive effects. In order to gain the maximum profit in technically and economically, it becomes significantly important to choose the suitable ESM sets. This paper establishes a typical model of office building in Shanghai by using EnergyPlus simulation. It selects the widely used ESMs fi:om the green-star office building research and calculates their energy saving rate and interactive effects. The study finds that the improvements of lighting system and HVAC system in office building have a significantly reduction of building energy consumption. It also finds that the energy saving rate when multiple ESMs are applied is not the sum of the impact of single ESMs.
