摘要
针对卷烟厂排风异味产生的影响,优化设计了热质循环热回收系统方案,使系统在解决排风异味对新风污染问题的同时具有较高热回收效率。通过焓湿图和溶液浓度变化图详细介绍了系统工艺流程,根据实际测量数据对优化后系统的热回收效率进行了计算,证明其具有较高的全热回收效率。
A optimization design on heat& mass cycle energy recovery system which can improve the thermal recovery efficiency and solve the fresh air pollution problem which is caused by the odor in the exhaust air is put forward to research the impact produced by cigarette factory. Based on the psychrometric chart and the figure of the variation of solution concentration, the system process is introduced in detail. According to the experimental data, the thermal recovery efficiency has be calculated in the optimization design system and show that the new system has a high thermal recovery efficiency.
