Sweet potato industry is the feature industry in Zhangwu county, but at present, the comprehensive utilization and commercialization level of sweet potato are not satisfied in the whole county. In the article, it expounded the important meanings of developing sweet potato deep processing, raised the suggestions for promoting the development of sweet potato deep processing industry,in order to provide a reference for fulfilling sweet potato industrialization and promoting agricultural efficiency and incomes increasing.
