Study on Lao's Political Movement Named “Inner-party Rectify”

2013年初老挝人民革命党发出命令,要求从中央至基层党支部的各级党组织认真开展"党内整顿"政治生活运动。这一运动以民主生活的形式在全党范围内整顿党的作风、推进党内民主,在党员干部队伍内正风肃纪,以实现重塑党的形象、增进党内团结和选拔优秀干部的目的。

In early 2013, Lao People＇s Revolutionary Party issued order to request all party organizations from the central to the grass-roots to launch political movement named ＂inner-party rectify＂. This movement, in the form of democratic life, is to rectify the party＇s style for promoting inner-party democracy, making the party discipline strictly, in order to reshape the image of the party, promote internal unity of the party and select excellent cadres.
