摘要
艺术院校毕业生是一个特殊的学生群体。他们的思想、行为、认识与普通院校学生群体以及同校低年级学生都有着明显的不同。分析他们的思想状况形成原因,如何进一步加强对他们的思想教育,有的放矢地调整毕业生职业生涯规划,并积极地做好知识、技能、思想、心理等方面的准备,是摆在教育工作者面前的紧迫问题。
Graduates from art academies are a special students unit. Their thinking, acts, knowledge are clearly different from those from common colleges and undergraduates in their academies. It is an urgent question in front of educators to analyze causes of their thinking situation, strengthen their thinking education, modulate their life plans with right aims, and get them actively ready for knowledge, techniques, thinking and psychology.
