摘要
目的探讨TCF21与Caspase-3在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及意义。方法收集广西宾阳县人民医院2013-01-2015-01外科手术切除的NSCLC标本共44例(含癌及癌旁组织)。采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)技术检测TCF21与Caspase-3在肺癌组织及正常组织中的表达,分析NSCLC组织中TCF21与Caspase-3的表达及与临床分期的关系。结果 TCF21和Caspase-3在NSCLC组织中表达明显低于癌旁正常肺组织[(0.36±0.70)vs(1.00±0.00)、(0.62±0.56)vs(1.00±0.00),P〈0.01],且二者在肺癌TNMⅢ期中的表达较Ⅰ+Ⅱ期的表达量明显降低[(0.05±0.06)vs(0.48±0.79)、(0.17±0.20)vs(0.78±0.56),P〈0.01]。TCF21和Caspase-3在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 TCF21和Caspase-3低表达可能促进了肿瘤的恶性增殖及转移,联合检测TCF21和Caspase-3对判断NSCLC恶性程度、转移潜能及预后有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 and the clinicopathological features in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods 44 samples coming from both adjacent and cancer tissues were collected from the People' s Hospital of Binyang County in Guangxi during 2013 to2015. Real-time PCR( RT-PCR) was used to assay the expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 in lung cancer and normal tissues,and the relationship between the expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 and the clinicopathological features in NSCLC was analyzed. Results The expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 in NSCLC tissues were significantly lower than those in the matched normal lung tissues [( 0. 36 ± 0. 70) vs( 1. 00 ± 0. 00),( 0. 62 ± 0. 56) vs( 1. 00 ±0. 00),P〈 0. 05]. The levels of TCF21 and Caspase-3 expressions were significantly lower in the mid-term lung cancer TNM Ⅲ than those in TNM Ⅰ + Ⅱ[( 0. 05 ± 0. 06) vs( 0. 48 ± 0. 79),( 0. 17 ± 0. 20) vs( 0. 78 ± 0. 56),P〈 0. 01]. There was a positive correlation between the expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 in NSCLC. Conclusion The low expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 may aggravate the malignant hyperplasy and metastasis of tumor,combined detection of the expressions of TCF21 and Caspase-3 plays an important role in evaluating the degree of malignancy,and predicting the potential metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC.
