莆田学院新校区建设管理模式的思考

The Construction Management Modes of Putian University's New Campus

莆田学院新校区建设投资大、融资成本高,要求建设速度快,对工程质量、工期、投资及安全等管理均面临巨大考验。在分析了高校基建常见的自管模式、共管模式、工程总承包模式及代建管理模式的优缺点基础上,综合考虑了莆田学院新校区的建设特点、基建管理部门的现状及不同管理模式的适用性,为莆田学院新校区不同建设阶段提供了相应的项目管理模式选择。

Putian University new campus construction is heavily invested with high financing costs, calling for high construction speed. It is therefore a huge challenge in the management of project quality, construction period,investment and safety, etc. Based on the deep analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the various construction management modes including self-management mode, co-management mode, EPC mode and agent construction management mode, this paper took a comprehensive account of the characteristics of Putian University＇s new campus construction, the status quo of infrastructure management department and the applicability of different management modes. It selected an appropriate project management model in each different construction phase, with a view to provide reference value for university infrastructure construction management.
