摘要
对激光散斑场和散斑干涉条纹进行理论研究,结合空间载波调制和同态滤波技术,提出一种新的微小位移测量方法,设计并搭建微小位移散斑干涉测量光路,为研究材料的变形量、应力等重要的力学参数提供新的方法和科学依据。
By means of the theoretical study of laser speckle field and speckle fringes, a kind of new micro displacement measuring method was put forward with spatial carrier-wave modulation and homomorphic filtering technique. It designed and built the small displacement speckle interferometric light path and provided a new method and scientific basis for the research of important mechanical parameters such as deformation, stress and so on.
