摘要 目的对维持性血液透析患者应用三段式康复教育模式,探讨其对患者疾病知识及生化指标的改善效果。方法 85例行维持性血液透析尿毒症患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗与护理,43例)与观察组(对照组基础上应用三段式康复教育,42例);统计两组患者干预前、后疾病知识掌握及自我管理行为情况。结果干预后,患者疾病知识及自我管理行为评分较干预前显著提高,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论三段式康复教育可提高维持性血液透析患者对疾病的认识,改善其自我管理行为。 Objective To understand the effect of a three-stage health education model in treating patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Method85 uremic patients that were undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into a control group( n = 43) and an experimental group( n = 42). The control group were treated with conventional care while the experimental group were treated with a three-stage health education scheme in additionto the care provided to the control group. The patients' knowledge of diseases and self-management ability of the two groups as observed before and after the intervention were documented and compared. Findings After the intervention,the patients' knowledge ofthe disease and self-management behavior of both groups significantly improved as compared with those before the intervention with the experimental group achieving even higher scores( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The three-stage health education scheme proposed in the paper can significantly improve the knowledge of disease and self-management ability of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
