新媒体环境下媒介审判对警察执法的影响

媒介审判是媒体及公众对舆论监督的滥用,对司法独立和司法公正造成负面影响,同时也对警察正常执法活动造成巨大压力。新媒体环境下的媒介审判因网络赋予的新特点,使得警察在信息发布和案件处理上处于被动境地,从而加剧行政干预公安执法现象,扰乱公安机关正常执法秩序,并易引发网络群体性事件,直至削弱警察权威。为防范警察受媒介审判的不良影响,需要警察端正态度,在信息发布上,开诚布公,处理好警媒关系,在案件处理过程中,严格执法,坚守法律底线,树立警察权威,并加强对公众的法制宣传,从而避免媒介审判对警察执法行为的负面影响。

Trial by media refers to that the media and the public abuses their supervision rights, which has caused negative influence to judicial independence and justice, as well as caused great pressure to the police＇s normal law enforcement activities. Because of its new feature of network, trial by media makes the police on information release and case processing in a passive position, disturbs the order of the public security organ to normal law enforcement, easy to cause the network mass incidents, and finally even weakens the police authority. In order to prevent the adverse impact of the media trial, the police should have right and open attitude to the information release, and in the process of case processing, they should stick to law enforcement, stick to the legal bottom line, and try to establish the authority of the police.
